Our Structure

Integration is at the heart of Health Infrastructure: it takes a diverse range of skills and a complex process of collaboration to deliver the Government’s vision for health in NSW.
The Health Infrastructure tree is split into five major branches, responsible for delivering on the functional aspects of the business. These branches are:
  • Office of the Chief Executive
  • Asset Management
  • Corporate Services
  • Development & Innovation
  • People & Performance
Working alongside these branches are the project delivery teams, accountable for managing the delivery of our vast portfolio. These have been categorised broadly by which region the projects fall into:
  • Western Region
  • Northern Region
  • Regional & Rural Division
