Health Infrastructure’s new
Corporate Strategy 2021 – 2025 sets key focus areas for the next five year including new directions to achieve our vision:
“To deliver future focused, innovative and sustainable infrastructure and support solutions that enable value-based healthcare delivery in New South Wales.”
Our core focus continues to be planning and delivering the largest health capital works program in Australia, but our services are evolving with greater focus on all aspects of sustainability, asset and facility advisory and broadening our work in precincts and commercial partnerships.
Our Corporate Strategy is built on four pillars which reflect the key areas of focus for Health Infrastructure in the next five years:
- OUR SERVICES: Our services span capital infrastructure, asset advisory and precinct planning and delivery to enable integrated, sustainable healthcare delivery
- OUR PARTNERS: Our work is informed by consumer and partner insights and feedback and we integrate across NSW Health, government and industry to deliver improved outcomes
- OUR CULTURE AND PEOPLE: Our workforce is agile and embeds an industry-leading culture of diversity, inclusion, safety and wellbeing which we extend to our partnerships
- OUR EFFICIENT BUSINESS: Our people are supported by robust systems that drive high quality outcomes and continuous improvement and our partners depend on our intellectual property and resources.
