Construction on the Caringbah NSW Ambulance Superstation powers ahead

The NSW Minister for Health and Attorney General today toured the site of the Caringbah Ambulance Superstation to inspect construction progress.

This Superstation is being built as part of the NSW Government’s $150 million SAMIS program to build and upgrade NSW Ambulance facilities across the Sydney Metropolitan area.

“Together with NSW Ambulance, it was a pleasure to take the NSW Minister for Health and Members for Cronulla, Miranda, Heathcote and Holsworthy on a tour today of the future Caringbah superstation and show off all the progress that the Kane Constructions team here is making. The project is coming together nicely and we are all extremely proud to be delivering new stations for NSW Ambulance.” said Senior Project Director at Health Infrastructure, Alex Badgery.

Caringbah’s new Superstation will sit at the heart of the Caringbah Paramedic Response Network cluster and will be where paramedics start and end their shift from.

Construction on the station is expected to be finished by the end of the year.
