Construction under way at the new Pottsville NSW Ambulance Station

Construction is under way at Pottsville on our brand new ambulance station!

Health Infrastructure and NSW Ambulance conducted a sod turn event on site today to mark the start of construction, and we are very excited to have another project with shovels in the ground.

The station will include parking for up to four ambulances, new offices, staff parking and, most importantly, the location means a quick response when minutes can make a difference between life and death.

With 23 announced projects across the state that will benefit from an upgraded, rebuilt or entirely new ambulance station, the $122 million Rural Ambulance Infrastructure Reconfiguration (RAIR) Program is keeping the team busy.

We are enabling our paramedics to meet the mobile emergency care needs of rural and regional communities for years to come.
