Communications and Engagement

You can’t build a hospital without involving stakeholders; and our stakeholders are drawn from all levels of government, industry, community and media. Juggling the differing communication needs, motivations and styles of these audiences is the Communications and Engagement team.
 
This collaborative, high-performing unit delivers strategic expertise and communications activity across five key disciplines: project communications, media, government relations, graphics and events.
 
On the outside, the team works alongside Local Health Districts and Project Teams to provide advice and resources to ensure consistent, effective and sustained communication across the portfolio. They take the lead on media enquiries, news and events and provide the link between all government partners, Ministers and Members of Parliament.
 
On the inside, the team delivers corporate communications to meet the business objectives of Health Infrastructure. This has included publications, digital resources and this website.
