Moree Hospital Redevelopment - Public exhibition

The NSW Government is investing $105 million in the Moree Hospital Redevelopment which will deliver a new clinical services building and provide enhanced healthcare facilities on the existing hospital site.

The project is expected to include an emergency department, operating theatres, medical imaging, birthing and inpatient unit, and pathology, and a new main entry.

As planning and design nears completion, the project was placed on public exhibition 29 October to 26 November 2024.

As part of the public exhibition, the project’s Review of Environmental Factors (REF) report, which has been prepared to assess the potential benefits and environmental impacts of the project, was available for feedback.

Four submissions were received during the public exhibition period, and are currently under assessment.

Health Infrastructure engages with community and stakeholders, including seeking input and feedback on our projects, in accordance with our Community Participation Plan
