Our two year rotational Graduate Program provides a diverse range of on-the-job learning opportunities; targeted training and development; and the ability to gain valuable project based experience across the business.
Health Infrastructure have designed a program that we hope you find both exciting and challenging. During the two year program you will have the opportunity to work at a variety of project and office-based locations, in different roles across the organisation. You will also participate in a structured learning and development program that provides you with foundational learning, resources, mentoring and peer support to help guide your career, project rotations, and critical business knowledge. The structured learning program is designed to develop you both personally and professionally. By the end of the program you will be equipped with the necessary skills and industry experience that will help prepare you for a successful career within Health Infrastructure, and more broadly the Ministry of Health.
We expect that you will embrace the Graduate Program with preparation, planning, commitment, integrity and clear demonstration of our values of collaboration, openness, respect and empowerment. We aim to provide a learning plan throughout the program, which will help you develop both technical and behavioural skills, and you will also receive regular support and feedback on your development.
As a participant of the program, you will become part of a diverse team-based environment where you will have the opportunity to work with experienced and talented professionals and will be expected to support your fellow graduates and colleagues as you undertake your career journey.
We’ve created a workplace that encourages collaboration and flexibility: a place where great people form great teams to excel. We are dedicated to delivering industry wide change, in fact we are leading it; and we are putting projects at the heart of what we do through designing effective integrated project teams that work and learn together to achieve our common goals.
