The NSW Government committed $73 million to deliver a new hospital for the Macksville community.
OVERVIEW
The new Macksville Hospital was built on a ‘greenfield’ site, three kilometres north of the Macksville town centre, approximately mid way between Macksville and Nambucca Heads.
SCOPE
Once completed, the hospital will enhance patient care and improve ambulatory care and outpatient treatments.
The project scope also includes an Emergency Department, inpatient units, operating theatres, maternity services and community and allied health facilities.
This project was delivered in partnership with Health Infrastructure and Mid North Coast Local Health District.
