Health Infrastructure is a great place to work if you enjoy being productive, innovative and collaboration. You will have real challenges and responsibility from the moment you join us.
With over 90 projects underway across NSW, now is the time for passionate, skilled and committed people to join the team. Just ask the 70-odd people who came on board in the last financial year!
We focus on:
- Talent and Innovation. We’re about finding industry leading ways to plan, design, construct and maintain contemporary, innovative facilities. You will contribute to some truly great outcomes for community health and you will learn from a network of experienced and diverse peers. Our leaders will be your mentors, and their doors are always open.
- Providing flexibility and support. We understand the value of work/life balance and so provide work flexibility, coupled with the ability to work across a broad range of complex projects and other areas of the business.
Current Job Opportunities
There are currently no roles open for application.
Health Infrastructure is keen to snap up and nurture the next crop of talent.
Our two year, rotational Graduate Program provides targeted training and development to equip young professionals with the skills and experience required to succeed.
Graduates will work across a number of different projects, and in different roles. One day they could be digging up dirt onsite and the next learning the ropes of corporate life.
It’s a practical, structured program offering resources, mentoring and peer support to help guide career development and business knowledge.
Our alumni can probably explain it better:
“The Graduate Program for me had a unique balance of professional learning and support, but also importantly, a level of empowerment that demonstrated to me a strong commitment from Health Infrastructure to investing in the growth of their graduates,” said one of our recent graduates, Orestes Lomis, who is enjoying the challenge of being a newly-minted Associate Project Director.
“Health Infrastructure will empower you with the tools and opportunities to realise success in your career – all that’s required is the tenacity to reach out and seize it.”
