The Blayney Multipurpose Service is part of the NSW Government’s $297 million Multipurpose Service (MPS) Program. This program provides improved access to health and aged care services in rural and remote communities.
MPS integrates a range of health care services to deliver better health outcomes for local communities across NSW. Each service is tailored to meet the community’s unique clinical needs into the future.
OVERVIEW
The new Blayney MPS will be built on the existing site on Osman Street and will include zones for inpatient and other treatment areas, emergency, and enhanced residential aged care, as well as space for future expansion.

A new health facility providing:
- All single rooms in the residential aged care wing, offering improved amenity and a more homelike environment for residents
- Easy wayfinding, with a single ‘front door’ to replace the three existing entries
- Increased space for inpatients and more treatment chairs
- An expanded HealthOne
- A new drop-off and parking area
- New courtyards and landscaping.
