In good news for residents of Bowraville, the community is one step closer to a new, purpose-built HealthOne, with acquisition of a site at 51 High Street, Bowraville.
The HealthOne program aims to bring together a variety of different healthcare providers under the one roof, creating a ‘one stop shop’ for community health services.
The Bowraville HealthOne will help create a more efficient and convenient health care system for the region, to meet growing demand.
With help from local community feedback the site was selected for its accessibility, affordability and ease of development.
Current Mid North Coast LHD services in Bowraville will continue to be offered at the centre.
